Purchasing ChainLink

No matter how you would like to order (credit card, PayPal, money order, cheque, debit card, etc.) you have two choices. First, continuing down this page will give instructions for ordering the game online. Note that even if you are going to pay using a cheque or other mailing option, you have to fill out the online registration form so that our processing company can properly track your order. Alternatively, to skip the online process entirely, you may order using your preferred method over the phone between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, eastern standard time. If you are in Canada or USA, please call toll-free, (800) 414-4268. Those outside of Canada and USA, please call (910) 792-9100.

At this point, please deactivate any pop-up blocking software until you have placed your order, as it may interfere with the ordering process. Also, please ensure that javascript is active in your browser--if your browser does not support Javascript, please see the bottom of the page for a non-javascript link.

Before ordering, ChainLink must be installed on your computer since the product ID must be sent to us from the game. There are two circumstances in which the game does not have to be installed, however:

• If you are on dialup, or otherwise don't want to download the game, you may order the game on CD. The CD also includes copies of our freeware games. A CD costs an additional $10 USD. Once your CD arrives, just let us know, and we'll continue with the registration process
• If you are purchasing the game as a gift for someone, you will not know the product ID for their copy of the game, so it shouldn't be entered when you place your order. Instead, enter the word Gift in the product ID box below. Later on in the order process, a box is available for comments. Please enter the gift receiver's email address in this area so that we can contact him. Additionally, if you are buying the gift ahead of time (and not on Christmas Eve, as yours truly does), please tell us the date that we should be sending email about the gift that you have sent

Our shopping cart currently has built-in currency conversion between US dollars, United Kingdom pounds, and Euros. To calculate how much the game will be in your currency, you can use the xe.com currency converter

Be careful not to "double click" the order buttons in the registration process, as this will cause you to be double charged for the item and make it more work for all of us to reconcile the situation. After submitting your order, please wait until the confirmation page is displayed, and do not click the button again. Waiting for your order to be processed could take up to several minutes. After ordering, you'll first receive confirmation from BMT Micro, our order processing company; shortly after, DanZ Games will contact you with your unlock code.

All that said, let's order the game! Before heading to the order form, please enter your product ID below. If you are going to order the game on CD, and are not going to download the game, you can't obtain the product ID so do not enter one. (If, however, you have downloaded the game and additionally will order it on CD, you can of course still enter the product ID). If you are ordering it as a gift, please enter the word gift instead. If you got to this page from the registration program, your product ID should already be entered in the box below. If you manually got to this page, you'll have to paste in your product ID by doing the following:

• Press windowsKey+m to get to your desktop
• Keep pressing R until you get to Register ChainLink. Press enter
• From within that program, press enter on the copy product ID button. Since you're already at this page, select no for the "order now" question
• After this, your product ID will be on the clipboard, so return to this page and paste it below

Click this link if your browser does not support Javascript. This is not the preferred method since your product ID will not be sent to us, and necessitates us asking for it in email which slows down the process.
